Good and bad, it helps us develop technology that is effective and relevant.
So, the two days we’ve just spent supporting the Northern Gas Networks Construction Services Stand Down Days, talking to over 700 operators, have been absolutely invaluable.
Not only have we been able to talk to the NGN teams trialling our BlueBox technology on-site and hear directly what they think, but we’ve been able to explain why it helps them evidence the quality of their work.
“It’s been good to talk to the operators about the ControlPoint system and really encouraging to see how positive they are about on-site auditing,” says Ben Crabtree, ControlPoint’s UK Business Development Manager. “It’s been equally important to get their views and talk them through the technology. We’ve had some pretty robust conversations but all of that helps us develop a better product that works not just for the organisation adopting it but also the teams using it on-site.”
